LONDON, October 12, 2010 — Humanscale will display its latest innovations at Orgatec 2010 in Cologne, Germany. Humanscale’s 200 square meter space located in Hall 6, Stand A-081, was designed by the New York and London Humanscale Design teams with assistance from the Chicago-based architectural firm Perkins+Will, and will feature several eagerly anticipated products.
Among Humanscale’s highlights at Orgatec 2010 will be the Diffrient World chair. Awarded the prestigious Best of the Best award for Product Design by the 2010 Red Dot Awards, the Diffrient World chair marks Humanscale’s first foray into all-mesh task seating. The chair’s efficiency, functionality and design simplicity continue Humanscale’s commitment to being the world’s leading manufacturer of high-performance seating.
Humanscale will also display the following products at Orgatec 2010:
Featuring integrated cable management and sleek aesthetics, the award-winning Humanscale Healthcare’s T5 Point-of-Care Technology Cart offers unmatched comfort, mobility and an adaptable chassis with high-performance power options for the ultimate caregiver-centric solution. Humanscale Healthcare will also introduce the V7 Wall Station that offers ergonomic function with maximum space savings to provide easy computer access in compact healthcare environments.
Humanscale addresses the indoor air crisis with one of its latest innovations: the Humanair Air Purifier, the world’s most efficient air purifier. With its patented ZON Technology, Humanair is poised to set a new bar for air purification and to start a new trend in the contract interior and hospitality industries.
The M8 Monitor Arm offers incredible weight capacity in a sleek profile to accommodate the widest range of monitors available today. Specifically designed for a trading desk environment, the Paramount is the easiest, most flexible way to display multiple monitors in a dynamic environment.
Upgraded versions of the ground breaking Element LED task light - the Element Vision LED Light and the Element 790 LED Light - push functionality and usability to new levels. Humanscale’s newest lighting product, the Horizon LED Task Light, by designers Peter Stathis and Michael McCoy, creates a wide footprint of warm, glare-free light. The first task light to utilise Thin Wave LED Technology, the Horizon seamlessly balances performance and style to satisfy all focused lighting needs.
Humanscale will also preview its upcoming guest chair, designed by Todd Bracher, and Float, a height-adjustable desking solution, designed by the Humanscale Design Studio.
