Humanscale's 2010 Fall Line-Up
Seating and Monitor Arms Featured in Hit Television Shows and Films
New York, September 28, 2010 — Covering a wide range of genres, networks and time slots, Humanscale’s products will share airtime in the coming year with such television and film stars as Adam Sandler, Hugh Laurie, Bill Maher, David Spade, and Patricia Arquette.
A favorite among set designers, Humanscale’s award-winning Freedom chair will be featured in several top-rated television shows, including Chuck, Bones, Medium, NCIS and its spinoff NCIS: Los Angeles—programs that have used Humanscale seating in past seasons. Those watching the Friday night HBO political talk show Real Time with Bill Maher will see Bill enjoying his Freedom for another season. Freedom chairs were also spotted in the most recent season of the HBO hit show Entourage.
The Liberty chair, Freedom’s mesh-backed counterpart, will return to the set of the CBS comedy Rules of Engagement as well as adorning the sets of the new ABC medical drama Body of Proof, starring Dana Delaney, and Jerry Bruckheimer’s new NBC action series Chase. And, both the Freedom and Liberty chairs will support the doctors of the popular medical dramas House and Private Practice.
In addition to seating, Humanscale’s sleek, award-winning monitor arms have attracted the attention of set designers of a number of feature films scheduled for release in 2011. One of the most anticipated movies for summer 2011, the DC comics-based Green Lantern, starring Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, will feature M4 monitors arms. The M2 and M7 monitor arms will be seen in Friends with Benefits with Justin Timberlake while Freedom seating will be featured in the upcoming comedy Jack & Jill, starring Adam Sandler.
